I had a pretty decent stay at Crystalkuta Hotel with a few ups and downs. The location was great, super close to the airport, and I appreciated the free room upgrade and friendly staff. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues and the room was quite small for two people. Overall, it was good value for the price.
